V2R Group delivered a complete office and production facility build-out for dynaCERT, coordinating closely with the landlord to upgrade the exterior envelope with new windows, entry doors, and improved thermal insulation. The office is anchored by a custom illuminated solid-surface reception desk and waiting area that welcomes visitors into a thoughtfully organized workspace. The layout includes multiple private executive offices, collaborative open work areas, meeting rooms, and a high-end boardroom with a breakout area separated by large maple sliding doors. Advanced security and technology systems were integrated throughout the space, including CCTV, RFID access points, contact sensors, glass-break detection, motion detectors, and an adaptive sound-dampening system. Architectural features balance sophistication with an industrial aesthetic. Dropped wood slat ceilings with integrated lighting create a refined atmosphere, while exposed structure in select areas maintains a clean industrial character. Polished concrete floors provide durability for high-traffic areas, and insulated drywall partitions with 5/8” drywall improve acoustic performance and reduce sound transfer between offices. In the production area, V2R coordinated with manufacturing specialists to develop an efficient layout supporting a multi-function conveyor system. Curbed and separated work zones were constructed to contain specialized processes, while strategic lighting, electrical infrastructure, and air distribution systems ensure optimal operational performance.
