V2R Group led the full design-build delivery of this 2,900 sq. ft. RE/MAX office transformation, executed in just 8 weeks. The project combined high-end architectural finishes with advanced workplace technologies to create a modern, brand-aligned space that supports both client engagement and daily operations.

The scope began with in-house design and drafting, followed by strategic demolition preparing the space for new partition walls. Five private offices, a boardroom, executive office, reception, and collaborative zones were constructed using baseboard-less reveal bead detailing, acoustic insulation, and clean, contemporary drywall applications.

To support visual continuity and branding, window frames were painted black and a custom 16-foot millwork credenza was fabricated for the boardroom. All workspaces were equipped with modern power and lighting solutions tailored for both functionality and aesthetics.
