V2R Group delivered the complete interior transformation of this 7,420 sq. ft. commercial facility into a modern indoor golf and fitness training destination, completed in 4 months and 5 days. The project combined specialized simulator infrastructure, custom construction solutions, and comprehensive building system upgrades to create a high-performance recreational environment focused on both customer experience and operational functionality. V2R managed the full interior fit-out, including demolition and reconfiguration, new wall assemblies, fire-rated upgrades, custom structural systems for golf simulator equipment, upgraded mezzanine and stair components, flooring systems, accessibility improvements, and life safety enhancements. Extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, and sprinkler modifications were coordinated throughout the facility to support advanced simulator technology and meet current building code requirements. Through precise planning, detailed coordination, and expert execution, V2R transformed the space into a fully integrated, code-compliant facility designed to support training, entertainment, and long-term business operations.
