V2R Group proudly delivered this 14,000 sq. ft. head office and manufacturing facility for Hollis + Morris, a Toronto-based lighting and furniture company celebrated for its handcrafted design. The project transformed a former industrial building into a fully integrated space combining design, fabrication, and showroom functions. V2R executed a complete interior conversion, including a large Comslab mezzanine to expand production capacity high-end offices and premium workspaces. Extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades were coordinated to support both heavy manufacturing and refined office environments. The facility was organized into several zones — wood and metal fabrication, prototyping, finishing, assembly, showroom, and offices. Our precise construction, premium finishes, and sustainability delivered a facility that reflects Hollis + Morris’s brand and craftsmanship, demonstrating V2R’s expertise in adaptive reuse, industrial construction, created a high-quality, functional, and visually compelling work environment.Polished concrete floors serving durability, black aluminum extrusions encase glass partitions and guards allowing natural light to pass through without interruption, exposed cucuriated decking, ductwork, sprinkler and a vanilla shell encase and highlight natural hard products and showroom.
