V2R Group completed a comprehensive commercial renovation and build-out for Porsche, transforming the space into a fully functional, refined environment designed to meet the needs of the brand. The project included the removal of existing ceiling equipment, strip ceiling preparation, priming and repainting, plumbing work, HVAC configuration, concrete polishing, and a complete clean-out of the space. V2R also delivered custom wall build-outs and coordinated the installation and integration of Porsche vehicles within the space. Accessibility and life safety were key components of the project, including barrier-free access, ramps, automatic doors, fire bells, emergency lighting, pull stations, fire-rated caulking, and sprinkler modifications. The build-out was further completed with a new metal staircase and concrete treads, partition systems, fire-rated detailing, and railing installations, bringing together the functional, technical, and design requirements of the space. From the initial build-out through the final details, V2R Group managed the transformation from construction site to finished commercial environment.
